Check-in/Check-out and Cancellations

Check-in is 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. If you need to check in late, please call the office at 575-445-3641 on the day of your arrival and arrange for a late check in. 

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so if you cancel by 6:00 PM the day before your scheduled arrival, there is no penalty. After that time, you will be charged the full cost of one night’s stay. If you made your reservation through us via our website or by phone, please call 575-445-3641. If you reserved through an online agent such as Expedia or one of its companies, you will need to contact them directly, and they will take care of it. Otherwise, they still want to charge us for your stay.

We do have some rooms that are pet-friendly, but you must make arrangements in advance if traveling with a pet, as we do not always have pet friendly rooms available. There is a $10 per pet/per night charge. If you have booked online, please call and ensure that you get a pet friendly room, or we cannot confirm your stay.

All rooms are non smoking, but smoking is allowed outside and ashtrays are provided.

If you wish to use the gas grill or fire pit, please let us know. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves if using the grill. Please do not attempt to roast marshmallows or anything else on the gas fire pit, it is for ambiance only. 🙂  

To cancel or modify an existing reservation made through our website or by phone, please call 575-445-3641. If made through another agency such as Expedia, you’ll need to go through that agency for cancellations.
